It also lists the proposed director (who has only previously done adverts but whose name escapes me) and says that Ridley and Tony Scott will be producing. Any excitement about Ridley’s involvement is tempered with the fact that 20th Century Fox is still involved, a company that is hell bent on turning every film into a product for magpie masses who still marvel at shiny objects that glisten in the sunlight.
